From the date of purchase is on all new instruments extended TWO YEARS warranty against defective materials and workmanship in manufacture. Faults will either be corrected or the instrument replaced (at our discretion), when returned to Folkart Slovakia.

Damage in ShipmentWe pack our instruments for shipping with the utmost care. Till now, (last update - March 2007) ALL FLUTES WERE RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION and no reclamation due to damage in shipment was needed. IMPORTANT - How to File a Claim ? Please DO NOT SEND the damaged package back to us, since the CLAIM must be made by the RECEIVER. DisclaimerWe neither carry the responsibility for any late delivery of the ordered goods by the carrier, nor for not in-time delivery or non-delivering of the product at all due to the contractor's (artisan's) fault. RepairsAll instruments that have been set up are guaranteed except damage due to neglect, mistreatment or adverse atmospheric conditions. Due to the sensitivity of wood to the elements and handling, we do not guarantee your flute once you neglect its treatment.
