Payment & Shipping Info

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit card payment through secure virtual terminal of Tatra Bank, inc.
  Credit cards accepted: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD (fee 3.90%).
• Moneybookers online service - cheapest and fastest payment method!
  Accepted "local" payments from over 30 countries (fee EUR 0.50).
• Direct bank to bank international wire transfer (fee EUR 7 - within EU).
• Western Union money transfer. We accept cheques denominated in US Dollars only (fee USD 15).

All the transaction fees are paid by the customer. Please contact us by email info@fujara.sk for details.
In most cases we send goods after payment is received.

Any information you provide us are used for the particular service only and we neither provide it to anyone nor sell it or otherwise use it for commercial purposes.

Shipping Methods:

After receiving the payment, we will send the ordered instrument(s) at once. Before sending, each instrument is fully checked against defective workmanship and play-tested.

All the instruments marked by FREE SHIPPING are shipped free of charge (WORLDWIDE or within EU). By all other instruments the shipping charges will be added to each invoice and are paid by the customer.

The receiver is responsible for all/any receiving country import taxes, VAT or any other associated duties.

Warranty & Repairs

We extend a one year Guarantee on all new instruments. However, small cracks or minor flute voice degradation will be repaired free of charge for the lifetime!
Naturally, we pack our instruments with extreme care. It is in our interest that instruments reach you in a perfect state.
